Notice Description

The BBC requires suppliers to be able to deliver their project services across the RIBA Plan of Work 2013 stages 0 and 6. In addition some services will relate to buildings that are in use RIBA Stage 7. Projects will use industry standard contracts such NEC or JCT and a point of cost/risk transfer to the contacting organisation. PLEASE NOTE: The figure referred to in Section IV.1.3 (i.e. 20) equates to a MAXIMUM of 5 suppliers per Lot within this framework.
