HCC is seeking interested and qualified Providers to supply and deliver its Rough Sleeper Outreach Service by entering in to a 2 year contract. The service is required to meet the needs of those who are rough sleeping in Hull and ultimately supporting them to access suitable accommodation and any supporting services as required.
