Supply and Installation of AV Equipment
Notice Description
HSE is seeking a supplier who can provide and install AV equipment in their head office. Details of needs can be found within Schedule A. Please note, HSE may require two of each item within the specification. 1 set will be guaranteed to be delivered/installed within our head office in Bootle, and 1 set may possibly be needed within our Buxton office depending on costs and final budgetary approval. Please can any suppliers also include a schematic design diagram of their proposed set up Can you also provide details of their SLAs please for maintenance and fault fixing arrangements? HSE would prefer same day call out and preferably within a 4 hour window if this is possible. Additional information: HSE is seeking a supplier who can provide and install AV equipment, in-line with requirements of Schedule A. If you are interested in applying, please provide a detailed breakdown of costs for the items and volumes described in Schedule A, and complete Schedule B, Tender Submission form. Can you also provide details of their SLAs please for maintenance and fault fixing arrangements? HSE would prefer same day call out and preferably within a 4 hour window if this is possible. All responses should be submitted via tenders@hse.gov.uk, quoting HSE/T3871.
