Council Print, Packaging, Post and Digital Mail Solution: Early Engagement
Notice Description
Personalise, print, package and post bulk and ad hoc correspondence across the Council and introduce a digital mail management solution for all post. We will be holding supplier days to discuss this further with interested companies. To submit an expression of interest and arrange a slot to present your solution on the supplier day, please contact Ginny_Howell@bathnes.gov.uk. Details of the event are as follows: 1 hour slots to include a 10 minute introduction from the Council followed by a 30 minute supplier presentation and up to 15 minutes for attendee questions. Supplier presentations should cover a response to the high level requirements document, resourcing and timescales for implementation and indicative costs. This document will be issued to you by Ginny Howell. Closing date for this opportunity is 10 August 2017 at 12noon.
