Notice Description

Housing Maintenance Solutions (HMS) are seeking to appoint a single contractor to supply and fit Timber Frame at 1 location. The works will comprise of circa: 175m2 of external wall with: * 100m2 of Trespa Meteor * 60m2 of Equitone Tectiva * 2m2 of Open Board * 13m2 of Rendered 140m2 of Flat roof with Decothane finish 100m2 of First Floor construction The successful contractor will be appointed on the following basis: Lowest Price In order for contractor's submission to be deemed valid, it must include the following: 1. Full Price Breakdown for each works element detailed above (in excel format) 2. Total Price for all works to be completed - submitted on letter headed paper 3. Programme of works Contractors submission must only detail a breakdown of works in line with those detailed above (drawings are included to aide contractors submissions) Contractors are minded that timber fencing is to be supplied, and fitted on site from approximately the 2nd week in June, and it is envisaged that the successful contractor will be on site for a maximum of 4 weeks following start on site. The successful contractor will be apppointed on the following contract: HMS standard sub contracting agreement This opportunity is to provide works to one site only and does not guarantee any future works. The deadline for submissions will be 12:00, Thursday 16th April 2015. You will need to log onto The Chest to access documents and to check for new questions and answers, additional information, notifications and updates. IT IS THE PROVIDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEY VIEW THESE SECTIONS THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. Providers must ensure that their response is submitted prior to the deadlines specified. Providers responses must be fully submitted via The Chest no later than the deadlines specified. No submission shall be considered or accepted if it is received after the final closing date and time specified in the documentation, unless the supplier has contacted HMS Procurement and there is a valid reason For the avoidance of doubt, the time registered is when a tenderer presses the final Submit button and will be based on the Due North Server time. IT IS THE PROVIDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEY ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME TO SUBMIT THEIR RESPONSE. HOUSING MAINTENANCE SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR SUBMISSION IS RECEIVED LATE.
