Doncaster Borough Council are seeking to appoint the services of an appropriately qualified and experienced provider to deliver mediation services as and when required. Specifically the Council requires a trained mediator to facilitate communication (face to face or via the telephone/e-communication) between the authority representatives, professionals and a parent(s) (who is appealing to SENDIST regarding their child's EHCP) with the aim of assisting both parties to resolve as many issues that are in dispute, if not all, prior to a tribunal hearing.
