Notice Description

The Friends of Hurst Grange Park Coach House Restoration Project Committee, Registered Charity Number 1155613 (the Friends Group) in partnership with South Ribble Borough Council are inviting quotations for the supply of consultancy to work up initial proposals for the Coach House building prior to a Stage 1 Heritage Bid being drafted and increase the long-term resilience of the Friends Group at Hurst Grange Park, Hill Road, Penwortham, PR1 9XH as more fully described in the ITQ (Invitation to Quote) and Brief. The value of the consultancy is estimated to be in the region of PS14,000. The consultancy would commence immediately on appointment (which we anticipate will be the end of June) with initial findings within 6 weeks and completion within approximately 3 months. Interested bidders should register their interest via the Chest at www.the-chest.org.uk in order to access the full brief and invitation to quote documentation. The deadline for expressions of interest is 5.00pm on 19th May 2017. Completed quotation documents must be submitted and received via the Chest by no later than Noon on Wednesday 24th May 2017.
