Notice Description
The NHS Health Check service is a national programme for adults in England between the ages of 40 to 74years. It checks circulatory and vascular health and the risk of getting a disabling vascular disease.Under the Health and Social Care Act 2012, local authorities have a legal responsibility to commission andmonitor their local health check programme. The contract starts on the 1.4.2020 for Bedford Borough Council and Central Bedfordshire Council. Further details are available in the specification.
