Wolverhampton Homes requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide Glazing repairs and maintenance services to properties across the City during normal working hours, on occasions the contractor will be expected to provide an immediate emergency service outside of normal working hours including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
