CCW wishes to appoint a market research agency to provide research services for the following: A. Online, telephone or face to face omnibus surveys In the last year, CCW has commissioned three omnibus surveys. These have covered a diverse range of topics looking at the views of current and future, water bill payers across a range of issues, seeing how people prefer social tariffs to be funded, and looking at awareness of water resources. B. Online panel surveys These have so far covered things such as SME awareness of the retail market and awareness of CCW, and more recently, SME views on the frequency of meter readings. C. Online discussions In the last year, CCW commissioned online discussions to understand preferences for options to help people who struggle to afford their bills D. Online or telephone depth interviews CCW recently asked people to review and feedback back on the factsheets on CCW's website.
