Notice Description

Invitation to Mini Compete (ITMC) Consultants invited to undertake a full survey of the carpark area and the upper concourse, and to prepare a full scope of works, drawings and details as necessary for a future capital works project to be tendered through the Councils framework of contractors. * Strip out and replacement of screed and paving to the upper level including tanking down to structural deck. * Removal of planters, ramps, and stairs * Prepare surfaces as required. * Provide new tanking to upper deck level. * Provide new paving on screeded base. * Reinstate planters, steps, and ramps. * Replace all upper and lower-level drainage. * Concrete repairs to all structural elements. * Replacement of ACM as required. * General repairs.
