Work Package A: The North of England Programme (North West Electrification and Northern Hub, Transpennine Route Upgrade, and Hull Electrification) Work Package B: Midland Mainline Upgrade Programme Work Package C: Station Improvement Schemes and Competed Funds (for example, Station Commercial Project Facility 2 and New Stations Fund 2) This contract award was not published at the time of award.
