Notice Description

The Participating Authority(s) being Barnsley, Bradford, Calderdale, Doncaster Children's Services Trust,Doncaster MBC, East Riding, Hull, Kirklees, Leeds, North East Lincs, North Lincs, Rotherham, Sheffield,Wakefield and York currently adopt a wide range of purchasing activities in order to secure sufficient residentialcare and support to meet local demand for children looked after (CLA). Through the EMP Participating Authorities will procure regional residential care arrangements for CLAs where these arrangements are provided by external Contractors. It is anticipated that the EMP will developa framework of Contractors to ensure capacity to manage fluctuations in demand and capacity across theparticipating member authorities. This EMP for residential care will provide a framework of tried and tested Contractors for the provision ofresidential care in 3 lots.
