The purpose of these events is: (i) To provide the market with early sight of the commissioner's draft specification and to discuss key areas to obtain insight from providers in testing the deliverability of the proposed service model. (ii) Ensure that the market can ask questions of the commissioners enabling greater understanding of the challenges faced within Essex and of the needs of our children & young people (iii) Enables a 'partnership' approach to be created with providers which sets the tone of how we want to work with our providers in future Given the current situation with COVID, the 1:1 sessions will be hosted virtually via MS Teams. Each interested provider will be offered a timeslot on either 21st or 22nd October. Interested providers are asked to register their interest using the Attain Bravo Solution Portal. Further information relating to the service can also be downloaded from within the portal to support robust discussions. Timeslots will be confirmed with all those who submit a registration form after the deadline has passed. Please note: Any expenditure, work or effort undertaken by you prior to any subsequent procurement is a matter solely for your own commercial judgement. The commissioners reserve the right to withdraw from the process at any time or to not tender the service, or to tender the service on a different basis. In such circumstances, and in any event, the commissioners and/or their advisors shall not be liable for any costs or loss of expenses whatsoever incurred by any organisation, agent or subsidiary that may have contributed to any proposals submitted to this notice.
