MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT PROVISION OF SHORT BREAK SERVICES FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES Haringey Council is inviting potential providers to attend a Pre - tender Market Engagement Event for the forthcoming tender for the Provision of Short Break Services for Children and Young People with Disabilities. The Market Engagement Event will take place on: Date: Wednesday, 13th June 2018 Time: 2:30pm to 4:00pm Venue: Haringey Civic Centre, High Road, Wood Green, N22 8LE (Please use postcode N22 8ZW if you are using SatNav) Please follow the link for direction: http://www.haringey.gov.uk/haringey_council_offices_wood_green.pdf The market engagement event will include a presentation of the proposed commissioning model and offer potential service providers the opportunity to raise any questions or present any views prior to the commencement of the tender process. It is the intention of the Council to set up a framework with successful providers for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend for a further period of one (1) year. The proposed short breaks services model will be a framework contract, consisting of Lots for: * After school activities * Weekend activities * School holidays * Outreach * All other short breaks services It is the intention of the Council to set up a framework with successful providers for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend for a further period of one (1) year. The Council is committed to working with the market place to maximize the commissioning opportunities to be gained under this contract. The Market Engagement Event is being managed on the Haringey Procurement and Contract System (HPCS), http://redirect.transaxions.com/events/BRSos Please express your interest on the portal by Monday, 11th June 2018, at 5:00pm. Please provide us with names and job titles of attendees. Attendance will be limited to two people per organisation and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
