Building Fabric Reactive Maintenance Services
Notice Description
The Council seeks experienced companies wishing to tender for a Building Fabric Reactive Maintenance Services Framework which delivers: o Statutory compliance o Reactive maintenance o Minor works (Potential ad-hoc requests for minor capital project works up to a value of circa PS25,000. NB: These works are not guaranteed to the Service Providers) The Framework will be divided into 4 Lots (Geographical areas). Companies can bid for a maximum of 2 Lots. The Council will call-off contracts from each Lot to deliver the service for three years for the corporate & schools sites. The Council may decide to call-off for a further 3 years following the initial 3 year contract. The 4 year Framework will be accessible to other Public Sector bodies within and outside Buckinghamshire. If you are already registered with Constructionline, you will not need to complete our full PQQ - simply supply your Constructionline membership number and complete our technical questionnaire. Please ensure you log-in to your Constructionline profile and confirm the information they hold on your company is accurate and that you are registered for General Building / Building Refurbishment over 15K and have the relevant notation value in place (see the PQQ Information and Guidance document on www.supplybucksbusiness.org.uk). You must do this by 11th November to ensure any changes can be made to your information prior to the closing date of this notice.
