Notice Description

Universal Credit has now been introduced resulting in a change in the nature and demand for claimant support. Some claimants may need assistance with this transition and support to allow them to access services. To support claimants, The Department for Works and Pensions have made short term funding available to Local Authorities to assist with the delivery of Universal Support (being advice, assistance or support) by Local Authorities and/or their selected partners for: (a) Assisted Digital Support ("ADS") and (b) Personal Budgeting Support ("PBS") The Council is seeking an appropriately qualified partner to deliver the Universal Support Service to Harlow based Claimants referred via the DWP.
