Notice Information
Notice Title
Carers Wellbeing Service
Notice Description
Doncaster Council ("The Council") invite detailed proposals for the provision of a Carers Wellbeing Service, which better supports our communities and Carers themselves in recognising Carers; particularly people who are more hidden due to their caring role or through other circumstances such as their ethnicity. The Service will focus on preventing, reducing and delaying the need for more formal, restrictive services, whilst ensuring a connection is made with other preventative services at the right time, to better meet Carer's needs. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1st April 2022 and run for a period of 3 years. There is also an option to extend the contract by a further 2 x 12 month period at the sole discretion of the Council and Partners.
