To procure a Contractor to undertake boiler replacements and associated electrical works. The works will include boiler replacements, central heating systems and associated electrical works, maintenance and associated works in line with the existing Housing and Public Buildings Term Contracts. The procurement is required to assist Building & Commercial Enterprise's existing in-house contractor deliver the overall Contracts for Your Homes Newcastle and Council properties.
