Quotation for the Provision of Gas Emergency Support - AWARD
Notice Description
Quotation for the Provision of Gas Emergency Support Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council wishes to invite Gas Safe registered organisations to submit rates for inclusion on an approved list of providers to support the Council's in-house Gas team as and when required ensuring that all emergency gas jobs are attended to with priority timescale. The Council has approximately 26,500 dwellings with gas supplies and each property averages 1.5 gas appliances. We will use the approved list to support our in-house Gas team on the basis of price competitiveness, availability to attend in respect of priority timescales and performance during the period 01 November 2017 to 31 July 2018, 9 month contract. The approximate value is PS90,000 this value cannot be guaranteed. You must be prepared to respond to order placed on a reactive basis. The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to the Quotation document or other related documents. In Order To View a On-Line Questionnaire (if applicable) or Submit a Quotation, you will be required to' Opt-In'. Please be mindful that if you are cut and pasting your question responses onto the On-Line Questionnaire that you do so from a notepad document, this is due to the fact that some special characters are not accepted within the On-Line Questionnaire.
