Dartford Borough Council (DBC) and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) (collectively referred to as 'the Landowners') sought a Development Partner with relevant experience, vision, capability and finance to deliver a significant mixed-use redevelopment of the former Co-operative Department Store Site and Kent Road Westgate Car Park Site in Dartford Town Centre ('the site').
