Notice Title
Working Together on the New Live at Home Contract
Notice Description
Over the past few months, the Essex Care Association (ECA) has been working with ECC to consider what the Future of Domiciliary Care in Essex could look like. The current Live at Home Contract will end in February 2021 so now is the time to start thinking about what comes after. Following an initial meeting to set out the scope, ECA members and ECC staff have been meeting as Workstream groups to look at key areas to inform what the new arrangements could be like. These areas are: Workforce; Technology; Business Models; Integration and Personalisation & Outcomes. These groups have now done some of the initial thinking about the future and we are ready to open up the discussions to providers in general. We have had some very open discussions and would like to share the current thinking with you at an event on 15th October. This is an important opportunity for you to hear about what any new arrangements might look like and have your chance to comment and influence the discussions.
