Notice Description

You are invited to submit a tender for the Insurance Services for Dacorum Borough Council. The services required are as described in the tender documents. The bid must remain valid for acceptance for a period of 60 calendar days from the date for receipt of tenders. This tender is being conducted under the "Open" Procedure of the OJEU Public Contracts Regulations 2015. There are 8 Lots. Deadline for receipt of your submission is 12 Noon on Monday 21 November 2016 and should be submitted via Dacorum Borough Council's e-tendering portal. Please note that there is an uploading limit of 50MB If you need any assistance in uploading your tender documents please contact the In-tend Ltd helpline on 0845 557 8079 / 0114 407 0065 No tender will be considered unless received via the portal. Late submissions will not be permitted. Additional copies MUST NOT be submitted in hard copy to any other recipient or member of the Council, or email copied or forwarded to additional email recipients. This may disqualify your submission and could nullify the tender exercise. The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation. QUESTIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS Potential Providers may raise questions or seek clarification regarding any aspect of this Further Competition at any time prior to the Tender Clarifications Deadline which is 12 Noon on Monday 14 November 2016. All questions must be sent through the e-tendering portal. Answers to all questions will be issued through the portal and circulated to all tenderers (unless it is specific to a tenderers submission or the question and answer are commercially sensitive).
