The Council is seeking an experienced consultant(s) with knowledge of the heritage sector and grant funding (preferably heritage grants, e.g. Heritage Lottery Fund / Historic England) to build on the work of the Stage 1 bid and progress the Stage 2 bid on behalf of the Council. It is expected that the chosen consultant will work closely with Officers at the Council to ensure that the Stage 2 bid submission reflects the aims of the Council and the requirements of the HLF.
