NOTE: This notice was updated on 31 August 2022 for the following reason: The Tenders received were evaluated and it was determined that the products tendered were not within the budgetary requirements. The Tender has therefore been failed and withdrawn.(The Borough Council of Kings Lynn & West Norfolk intends to let a contract for the design, build, supply and installation of pop-up kiosks in the Purfleet Street area of the Town Centre.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
