The programme will also include works to buildings that may be required for decant, together with a range of enabling works which may or may not be within the immediate curtilage of the Northern Estate. The intention is to appoint a Programme, Project and Cost Management team that will continue for the duration of the programme. The construction/refurbishment works are likely to span a three year period from financial year 2018/19 to 2021/22; the Programme, Project and Cost Management team will be appointed well in advance of commencing these works (the contract will provide for the Employer to terminate it by giving due notice in accordance with the agreed contract).
