Observing its obligations under the NHS (Procurement Patient Choice and Competition)(No.2) Regulations 2013, the CCG has assessed the appropriateness to award this interim contract directly through a non-competitive process to secure continuity of services for NWL residents from an incumbent provider which has been delivering and developing the current services through a recent 2-year contract. During this interim contract period, the CCG will review and assess its future commissioning requirements.",
