CASH Facility
Notice Description
Medway Council is tendering for refurbishment works at 4 Clover Street, Chatham, ME4 4DT (The old Blockbuster space). The works are in relation to a new CASH facility which will be opening when the works are completed. The estimated value for this procurement is PS250k. To gain access to the documentation (inclusive of drawings) express an interest, an email notification will follow with a link to the opportunity. It is important that the suite of documentation is read and the relevant documents, which form a complete submission, are submitted by the deadline. Medway have arranged dates for interested parties to view the premises before submitting their tender. Access will be available on the 8th & 15th of May from 12noon until 5pm - there is no need to call in advance, just show at these times.
