EXPRESSION OF INTEREST PLEASE RESPOND BY 12:00 PM ON Monday 7th August 2023 BY EMAILING andy.garner@southkesteven.gov.uk Objective South Kesteven District Council requires a contractor to provide professional advice on lifts at construction stage. The adviser should be a CDM principal designer and familiar with the lifts industry and providers. There are six passenger lifts in SKDC require installation in different buildings over the next four years. SKDC requires the adviser to develop and write the specification. Site visits to ensure compliance with the specification will be required through the installation stage through to completion and final sign off. Supplier must have appropriate insurance level in place. Please advise SKDC if your company is on any public procurement frameworks, eg. CCS, ESPO, YPO, etc.
