Inclusive Design Site Appraisal: - Site, Streets, and Surroundings: Assess external design elements such as parking, entrances, building access, and signage. - Indoor Space Design: Evaluate features like lighting, surface contrast, furniture, wayfinding, navigation, and signage. - Building Facilities: Review facilities including toilets and kitchenettes. 2. Comprehensive Report: - Identify barriers or challenges that could hinder the inclusion of individuals with disabilities and accessibility needs. - Provide recommended solutions categorised into priorities: - Priority 1: Health and safety issues requiring urgent attention. - Priority 2: Significant barriers for visually disabled people. - Priority 3: Expected requirements as per statutory regulations. - Priority 4: Issues to be addressed during routine maintenance, refurbishment, or upgrades. 3. Post-Completion: - Conduct a one-hour online dissemination session with a Q&A about uplifting physical environments. - Issue a commendation after implementing the recommendations
