Notice Description
The Council requires the services of a professional Client Agent consultancy to support the delivery of its Housing capital investment programme across the 2021 to 2023 financial years. The Council requires the consultant to provide sufficient competent resources to provide day to day supervision and financial and quality control provision, acting as Clients Agent on the project referred to as Channel Islands Estate refurbishment project during RIBA stages 4 and 5 which is programmed to commence in October 2021 and complete in March 2023.
