Notice Description
Timber Specification. D65 minimum strength grade. Certified timber (FSC or PEFC) - certification to be provided by supplier. Supplier to specify straightness in quotation, 2mm/m is preferred. Timber to be free from excessive wane, splits, shakes or knots. Timber to be sawn, not planed. Supplier to confirm indicative moisture content. Timber element details: Layby fender total length - 65m Preferable individual fender length c. 5m Fender section size - 300mm x 75mm Additional information: To apply, please respond to the attached Invitation to Quote. Email your response to peter.collins@environment-agency.gov.uk. Tenders to be received no later than 16:00 on 16 August 2019.
