"Lancashire County Council is seeking tenders for the provision of Waste Metal acceptance and recycling services. The services will comprise the acceptance, weighing and recycling of waste metal arising from the Lancashire County Council waste facilities, and will delivered to a Provider's facility by Lancashire County Council and/or its transport contractor. Waste metal is deposited at the Lancashire County Council waste facilities by members of the public and as such, the quality of waste metal can vary. The services are being procured on the basis of four (4) lots: Lot 1 - East Lancashire, Lot 2 - Central Lancashire, Lot 3 - West Lancashire, and Lot 4 - North Lancashire.
