Frozen Foods and Groceries Framework
Notice Description
Havering Council intends to commence a tender exercise for the award of a multi-supplier framework agreement for the supply of frozen foods and groceries to several local authorities who provide in-house school catering services. This agreement will be made available to members of the Procurement Across London (PAL) catering group currently comprising of multiple East London authorities, with the option of other London Boroughs joining. Main site or place of performance: Schools, Academies, and Council Premises within the London Boroughs of Havering, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Thurrock Unitary and others. * Framework Scope: The framework will coverassorted frozen foods, groceries, and other essential food supplies required for in-house school catering services. Estimated Total Value * The framework is anticipated to have a total estimated value of PS27,000,000 over a duration of 3 + 1 years. To participate in this procurement, Potential Providers must first be registered on the Oracle Fusion e-tendering portal. All applicants are solely responsible for their costs and expenses incurred in connection with the preparation and submission of the Selection Questionnaire and the procurement process as a whole. Under no circumstances will the Authority or any of its advisors be liable for any costs or expenses borne by any applicant or such applicant's associated organisations or any of its advisors in this process whether the applicant is successful or otherwise.
