The Environment Agency (EA) want to appoint 5 contractors to a framework to help support our work with stakeholders. These framework contractors will help EA staff plan, facilitate and evaluate effective stakeholder engagement processes relevant to our work. This contract notice is for a Restricted tender process and as such is a call for competition for stage 1 (supplier selection). Following the initial evaluation, 8 of the highest scoring suppliers will be invited to the Invitation to Tender. Whilst this is valued at PS2m, this is the anticipated Framework value and not guaranteed to the suppliers under the Framework.
