Human Resources supports the University of Southampton's people to change the world for the better, by enabling our managers to offer a quality employment experience. Underpinning the recruitment, development and retention of talent, the Reward, Recognition and Inclusion team help the University to appropriately reward excellence. Reward enables the University to offer a range of benefits to its employees, including a competitive pay and grading structure, pensions, staff awards and discount schemes, together with management of job evaluation throughout the University. To build on our existing employee benefits, the University would like to offer a low emission car scheme, which gives staff the opportunity to take advantage of tax and National Insurance (NI) savings; spread the cost of the lease of a zero or ultra-low emitting car; and help staff to contribute to a greener society.
