Rental of A Bay Rig Floor Space @ 400m2 (as per attached TIS Layout Dwg TIS/KT/14/02) for the period 01st December 2025 to 31st September 2026 with a rolling break clause subject to provision of 3 months' notice. Rental inclusive of all services, fees and mark-ups. Also included in this provision is the continuing hire of existing scaffold for the A Bay Rig training requirements. Rental of Additional Floor Space @ 240m2 (as per attached TIS Layout Dwg TIS/KT/14/02) for the period 01st December 2025 to 31st September 2026 with a rolling break clause subject to provision of 3 months' notice. The Employer may reduce the area required at any time, subject also to the provision of 3 months' notice. Rental inclusive of all services, fees and mark-ups. Rental of Office Space @ 109m2 (as per attached TIS Layout Dwg TIS/KT/14/11) for the period 01st December 2025 to 31st September 2026 with a rolling break clause subject to provision of 3 months' notice. Rental inclusive of all services, fees and mark-ups. All of the above shall include the services of a Facilities Manager. Also include for the provision of consumables as and when required (provisional sum to be included).
