The Purpose of this commission is to engage with a Commercial/ Residential Property Consultant, to assist Bradford MDC (CBMDC) in the acquisition of property through an on-going CPO process for the Harrogate Road New Line Junction Improvement scheme. The contract is for one year with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
