The Enterprise Coach's responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): * Championing core Agile principles and practices within the product group and wider organization. * Contributing to developing the services provide by Agile Centre of Excellence. * Conducting Agile maturity assessments in consultant with the product group to identify key improvements areas and support teams in their Agile maturity journey. * Coaching and mentoring the product group, including all roles and functions. * Supporting Product Owners with creating product roadmaps, defining release strategy and supporting release activities. * Helping resolve product group and organisation level impediments through troubleshooting and innovative problem solving. * Supporting and protecting an environment conducive to team self-organisation. * Promoting team self-organisation through empowerment. * Supporting the capture of empirical data to adjust forecasts. * Supporting activities such as reporting on sprint/release progress, budget tracking and team metrics. * Motivating team, supporting conflict resolution, promoting team successes and challenging failings.
