We are looking for a partnership that provides support to the programme team to embed transformational change at a people level and help colleagues in Fitness to Practise (FtP) and key stakeholders to commit emotionally to what we are trying to achieve. We want colleagues and key stakeholders to: o understand and believe in the direction that FtP is going o understand how their role affects and contributes to FtP's purpose o genuinely want FtP to succeed and share in the success.
