Cambridge City Council wishes to invite suppliers to tender for a cloud-based (SaaS) Legal Case Management System for their 3C Shared Legal Practice. The 3C Shared Legal Practice is a shared in-house legal service for three partner councils Cambridge City Council (lead authority), Huntingdonshire District Council & South Cambridgeshire District Council. Detailed Service Description and Requirements The 3C Shared Legal Practice provides legal service to the 3 partner councils, including drafting contracts, recovering debts owed, preparing planning agreements for new developments in the city, prosecuting for breaches of the law (including antisocial behaviour, noise nuisance and breach of licensing laws), and giving advice on local government law. As the lead authority for the 3C Shared Legal Practice, Cambridge City Council are looking for a supplier who can provide a cloud-based (SaaS) Legal Case Management System to replace their existing on-premises Legal Case Management system (IKEN Desktop + Bundledocs).
