Notice Description

SCT Management & Leadership programme Sandwell Children's Trust have a requirement for a robust Leadership & Management Training Programme which is founded on sound business principles and practices. As part of the Trust's improvement Journey it is crucial that investment in our leaders will realise a positive impact on recruitment and retention of our best talent. Defining what are the qualities are of a good manager, for social care and social work managers specifically - evidencing that their ability to get the balance right in terms of the process and the quality of the intervention. By imbedding a stronger leadership team and culture within the Trust that comprises of influencers who are motivational and ambitious for our children and are creative solution focussed and understand their role to strengthen the system and share good practice -it will significantly improve outcomes for children and young people and contribute to a high-quality service and improve overall efficiency. The training programme will commence in April 2021 and run for a period of 12 months. The training programme will be delivered to: ? 3 Heads of Service ? 18 Service Managers ? 51 Team Managers Providers interested in delivering this work should submitted a quote in line with the invitation to quote pack by 20th January 2021, 5pm.
