Notice Description

De Montfort University requires the Provision of a Replacement Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) Solution. The University currently has a contract in place for the ongoing provision of an on premise solution until 31st December 2023 latest, for which there is no further opportunity of extension in its' current form. Supply and implementation of a new VLE Solution is therefore required and which will have to take place by no later than 31st May 2023, to ensure the University is fully prepared for academic delivery in September 2023, which is the start of the 2023/24 academic year. Full details of Scope, Strategic Objectives & Overview, Specification, Terms applicable and other provisions related to this procurement and any future Contract are contained within the Invitation to Tender document uploaded to this e-tendering portal. Additional information: All information of importance to interested Tenderers to ensure you are able to submit a full and proper bid are incorporated within our published Invitation to Tender, Tender Reference 1669/21 for the Provision of a Replacement VLE Solution, and which can be found on the University's e-tendering portal Intend at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/demontfort/aspx/Home. Delivery Notes De Montfort University requires the Provision of a Replacement Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) Solution to the whole University and which is seen as a key investment and critical system to the ongoing future learning and development of both staff and students. The University currently has a contract in place for the ongoing provision of an on premise solution until 31st December 2023 latest, for which there is no further opportunity of extension in its' current form.
