Notice Description

Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board seeks to commission a digital platform solution to support the delivery of a patient-centred model, to deliver multi-disciplinary and collaborative health services. The system should be agile and have the flexibility to respond to evolving technology and operational requirements as these emerge. Surrey Heartlands is seeking a digital platform solution which is clinical pathway agnostic, across an age and care continuum. The platform will provide the interface between patients and clinicians with the ability to enable remote monitoring. Surrey Heartlands ICB are seeking to procure a digital platform to cover an initial 200 Virtual Ward Beds and in addition, to reserve the right to commission further services from the successful provider covering: * wearable remote monitoring devices and associated connectivity to the platform * incorporation of existing patients * additional virtual ward beds It is a requirement that the Digital Platform is implemented and operational in each of the four Places within 12 weeks of contract start date of 1 September 2023 and this is estimated to be by 31 December 2023. The digital platform is therefore estimated to be implemented and fully operational by 31 December 2023. The Contract term will be 24 months initially, with the option to extend by any further period or periods up to a maximum of 36 months. The Contract is planned to commence on 1 September 2023. The annual value is PS595,000 with a total contract value of PS2.975M This procurement is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners. The contracting authorities intend to observe the provisions and 10 day standstill period described in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Unsuccessful Bidders and applicants will receive scores and reasons for the decision, including the characteristics and relative advantages of the winning bid and the reasons why the Bidder/applicant was unsuccessful. Deadlines for lodging appeals should be in accordance with the Regulations.
