Water Systems Compliancy Contract
Notice Description
West Suffolk Council are currently out to tender for the provision of a water systems compliancy specialist contractor to undertake the following duties at property managed by, and within the boundaries of, West Suffolk Council. - Examination and advice on improving current and proposed overarching legislative and best practice management controls / policies. - Legionella risk assessments and reviews - Water hygiene monitoring and controls (Prevention of Legionella). - Shower de-scale / cleaning. - Tap / outlet de-scale / cleaning. - Water sampling and laboratory analysis reporting. - Legionella training and certification of those responsible persons on sites for water services. - Prescribed method cleaning of water systems and chemical disinfection. - Maintenance / upgrade / refurbishment / inspect & report of storage tanks / calorifiers. - Maintenance of on-going site water dosing systems. - Maintenance, monitoring and testing of rainwater recycling plant systems. - Maintenance, monitoring and testing of vehicle wash recycling plant systems. The contract will be for a period of three years commencing on 1 August 2022, with an option to extend for a maximum of a further two years. This opportunity is available in the 'Current Tenders' area of portal. Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation. The deadline date for submissions of the tender is 21st June 2022.
