Job Title: Digital TEC Consultant Rate of Pay: ?27.25 per hour Hours: 37 per week Location: Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE / Hybrid Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency Job Description and Personnel Specification are attached, which also provides more information above the role. Brief description: Sandwell's Better Care Fund (BCF) team is seeking to recruit a BCF Digital Consultant to assist with the delivery of the Adult Social Care Technology Enabled Care Digital Strategy and Roadmap. You will be working alongside multiple stakeholders within Sandwell and the Black Country Integrated Care System and will be involved in supporting colleagues both within the BCF team as well as other project leads and commissioners within Adult Social Care and Health on a range of exciting existing projects and new initiatives. The main duties of this role will be to support the development and delivery of the Digital TEC Strategy and Roadmap with a focus on the 4 key principles Prevention, Early Intervention, Reablement and Safeguarding. You will have: o In depth knowledge of Technology Enabled Care and digital solutions. o Experience of developing digital strategies & roadmaps to underpin these strategies, with experiencing of implementing within an Adult Social Care Environment. o Knowledge of Local and National policies supporting Health & Adult Social Care priorities. o Experience of working within a fast-paced and complex environment. o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. o Solid knowledge of Digital Technology Enabled Care (TEC). o Knowledge of the 'What looks Good' framework. o Solid understanding of the Telecare Service Association (TSA). o Experience of project working and a track record of successful delivery. o Excellent problem-solving skills. o The ability to develop strong collaborative networks and effective working relationships. If you are a motivated self-starter with a passion and expertise in implementing digital solutions to improve outcomes for people with complex care and support needs, we would like to hear from you.
