Copeland Borough Council have appointed TGP Landscape Architects (North) Ltd as the multi-disciplinary consultant team to develop a high quality and distinctive public realm scheme for 4 towns within the borough of Copeland; Whitehaven, Cleator Moor, Egremont and Millom. Providing professional services from urban design and landscape architects with, if necessary, appropriate technical support from civil engineers and cost consultants.
