NOTE: This notice was updated on 19 February 2024 for the following reason: NOTE: deadline date for submission has been extended to 07/03/2024(Purpose: Operating out of the Queen Elisabeth Olympic Park and hosted by the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC), SHIFT is London's innovation catalyst - a partnership programme founded by LLDC, Lendlease, UCL, UAL, Here East, Plexal and Loughborough University in London. SHIFT was created to support the real-world testing and scaling of solutions tackling the climate crisis, health inequalities and urban mobility through streamlined access to assets. This takes place via the curation of an innovation ecosystem and programmes of work managing innovation trials for solutions both physical and digital, such as bio-plastics, sensors, autonomous vehicles and traffic management solutions. SHIFT is dedicated to fostering responsible innovation within its diverse and expanding membership. Committed to driving positive change in the areas of Health, Climate, and Mobility, SHIFT acts as a catalyst, mobilising assets, funding, and collaborative efforts from ecosystem organisations. For more information about SHIFT in general and future updates, please follow this link: SHIFT | London's Innovation Catalyst (shiftlondon.co.uk) SHIFT is due to embark on the creation of its inaugural Impact Report. As we continue our existing innovation programmes as well as launch new projects, the Impact Report will serve as a comprehensive assessment of impact potential, offering insights into the potential impact generated by SHIFT's ecosystem, testbed, and research and development (R&D) initiatives. The primary aim of this project is to conduct a baseline stock-take and provide a forecast for future impact-driven activities enabled by SHIFT. This involves understanding the composition of our innovation ecosystem, identifying key enablers, and addressing any gaps within our impact pillars. EXPECTED DURATION The project is expected to commence 1 April 2024 and complete by 28 June 2024. Regular progress updates are required throughout the project duration. It is envisioned that the impact report will be delivered in 6 phases: *Kick off and planning *Research & Data Discovery *Workshops, surveys and interviews *Analysis and consolidation *Write up (including time for client review and editing) *Presentation) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
