Notice Description

British Forces Cyprus (BFC), ('the Authority') is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for the supply of vehicle tyres in support of BFC. BFC operate a civilian fleet of approximately 750 vehicles. These vehicles use up to 88 varying tyres specifications. The duration of the contract will be for a 2 year period with an option for 3 x 1 year contract extensions. EOIs must clearly state details of your company to include the following information: 1. Company point of contact details for future correspondence (e-mail, telephone, postal address, web site) 2. Company registration details A Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) exercise will form part of the EOI process and must be completed via www.contracts.mod.uk. The information and/or documents for this opportunity are available on http://www.contracts.mod.uk/delta. You must register on this site to respond, if you are already registered you will not need to register again, simply use your existing username and password. Suppliers must log in, go to your Response Manager and add the following Access Code: PXT3X7F6E3. Please ensure you follow any instruction provided to you here. For assistance in completing please contact DefComrclCC-JFC2a1@mod.uk. Potential suppliers should submit an expression of interest in English by either emailing Def ComrclCC-JFC-2a1@mod.uk or contacting the Commercial Officer on 00357 2596 3490 before 23:59 (Cyprus local Time) hours on 8th June 2015. Potential Suppliers should note that any EOIs or PQQs received after this time and date will not be considered. Further details of this requirement can be obtained from Defence Contracts Online (www.contracts.mod.uk). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
