Highways England is looking to procure the services of a Commercial Assurance Manager, to work within the Commercial and Procurement (C&P) Directorate to be accountable for managing Commercial performance across Highways England Programmes. The main objective is to continue to lead commercial efficiency practice within OD. This is critical for OD and could be the difference between the directorate meeting their efficiency target or not.
